"Our company has formed a great relationship with Hoover Companies, and we look forward to being a part of this building project,"Mike Maas said. Both Mike and Randy, along with their father, Tom Maas, began their construction careers in Duluth, Minn. In 1996, they began operating Maas Construction, Inc. in Bullhead City. Last year, while the Maas brothers were buildign at Cimarron Homes, just south of the El Rio Country Club golf course, they observed El Rio's initial ground breaking, and that piqued their curiosity.

They took it upon themselves to stop by Hoover Companies' corporate offices in Bullhead City and introduced themselves to Brad Hoover, Hoover Companies' Chief Operating Officer.

Last August, Maas Construction received and invite to Hoover Companies' first builders' meeting held at the Avi Resort. John Hoover, CEO, Brad Hoover, and several Hoover Companies staff members made presentations to the home builders regarding the El Rio project, where 1,615 homes will be built adjacent to Hoover Companies' premier El Rio Country Club Golf Course.

According to Mike Maas, the Bullhead City area is already saturated, and he believes that Mohave Valley is an ideal area for home builders. Both Maas brothers are also pleased with the specialized support they will receive working with The Hoover Companies.

He specifically referred to the presentation at the builders' meeting where Hoover Companies' Marketing Director, Dave Moore, emphasized the detailed marketing and advertising plan that will benefit the preferred builders. At the meeting, Moore showcased the exclusive and upscale image of El Rio Country Club and its exceptional location, which currently has nearly 40,000 cars driving by the prime real estate location on a daily basis. "We are excited about all the preferred builders that have signed on to build terrific homes in this great location," said Julie Plummer, El Rio Country Club Director of Sales. "Our sales team will provide all builders unparalleled support in order to meet their sales goals by providing ready-qualified buyers."
