Hoover Companies Opens Sales Office On Boundary Cone &
HWY 95 For El RIo County Club Homes

- Bullhead City Bee, 1/19/2006
Mohave Valley - The Hoover Companies' development and expansion in the Mohave Valley continues to have a prominent presence in the county's current economic building boom.

This week, The Hoover Companies' El Rio Country Club sales team, led by sales director Julie Plummer, moved into its new sales office buildings, located on the southeast corner of Boundary Cone and Highway 95. According to Plummer, the move enables the sales team to be available to clients Monday-Sunday from 10am to 5pm.

The Hoover Companies' sales office moved from its previous location at the Villas Homes on Aztec Road in Fort Mojave where 40 custom Villas Homes were built by the Hoover Quality Homes construction company and has currently sold all the homes. The Villas begins a second phase in October of 2006 when another 33 homes will be constructed.

El Rio Country Club, a master-planned golf-course community, has several preferred builders: Sovereign Homes from Denver; AJR Construction Company from Fort Mojave;Dalton-Ross Construction, Lake Havasu City; Advanced Homes, Lake Havasu City and Crimson Rock Development, also from Lake Havasu City. Each builder will construct single story homes providing an architectural design that will meet a variety of lifestyles and living space requirements. The upscale and affordable homes have a minimum 1,200 square-feet of living space and there is no maximum, depending on the size of lot purchased. All homes along the fairway are a minimum of 2,000 square feet.

"The decision to keep the homes single story was so that the incredible vistas that El Rio offers would be preserved." said Plummer. Brad Hoover is also excited about the positive response the El Rio Country Club has had from buyers. "All but 20 of the 161 lots for building homes in Phase I are committed and in escrow and Phase II lots are reserved and awaiting the public report to be issued," said Hoover. "That should happen in a few months."

The Hoover Companies' 17,500 square-foot industrial park building (MVIP), on the northwest side of Boundary Cone Road is near completion and will be ready for occupation in the next few weeks.

Hoover also noted that the framing of the El Rio Professional Plaza south of the sales office on Highway 95 near the corner of Jerome Road is moving right ahead as planned. The two-story, eight-side office building will offer great views of the El Rio Golf Course and surrounding mountains.

The Hoover Companies are currently developing 15 projects in the area including new sub-divisions, condominium projects and master-planned communities.

According to David Moore, Director of Marketing for The Hoover Companies, "The Hoover Companies has a strong commitment to this area and plans to be developing communities and commercial projects for years to come."
